Are These Kids All Yours? - October 20, 2009 - 9:05 pm

Jehovah Jireh my Provider His Grace is sufficient for me – for me for me. He has provided all my needs according to His riches and Glory…He has given His angels charge over me….Jehovah Jireh cares for me for me for me….Jehovah Jireh cares for me!!! ( part of a camp song that I love to sing here at camp).

The Young Family - October 20, 2009 - 9:17 pm

I don't know the tune girl…but I'm singing that camp song with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A little pick-me-up…

I got the SWEETEST little goody basket today from one of the SWEETEST people in my life…Mama Judy! Any of you have those people in your life that are like your other momma? This sweet lady started out as one of my photography clients…but she quickly became a dear friend and I endearingly refer to her […]

That is awesome! What a special lady!

Just prayed for your sweet Mama Judy. Loved this precious post and the reminder that we should do more serving of others. The goodie basket is fabulous. You've got me craving candy corn. Haven't seen that yet in Hong Kong.
Blessings,
Kim

What a great halloween treat! I love those mugs, my kiddos would love them. Do you happen to know where Mama Judy got them? Thanks!

Our weekend in Columbia…

Yes, we zipped everyday to the adoption conference in Franklin…but we stayed with our sweet family in Columbia. I’ve been doing online training courses…and needed a little break…a blog that is light and makes me smile… Here is Parker and Laney-Lu playing with cousin Tom. Tom has been Parker’s hero since Parker learned to walk. […]

Amy - October 9, 2009 - 7:38 am

We are in the same boat. I had a goal of mid-october but things are delayed and so we wait! I am still hoping for end of October but I need to be more realistic. Are you guys hoping for a specific gender? Anyway, good luck – looks like we'll be going through this process together 🙂

The Young Family - October 9, 2009 - 8:06 am

Amy,
We didn't make a gender preference…completely open here…so we're guessing we'll get a boy b/c that list is shorter. We are just so excited either way! I'm with you…the sooner the better but I know a lot of waiting with the hoop jumping is ahead!

We adopted our son through AGCI and got home June 19th … not sure if you snapped any pics of the nursery, but Silas was in there … blessings on your journey … believe me, it'll be more than you could ever dream of!

Typical us…

My typical girl… My typical boy… And my typical mess… Yes…that black thing in his hand turned out to be a WORM…a dried up, dead one…YUCK….and yes…it made it’s way into his mouth before I could stop him… Doesn’t taste good does it?! A little protein? No worries…a finger sweep and gagging mommy successfully removed […]
